Sometimes
we are so busy doing we stop being
Sometimes we get caught in the illusion of the world and fail to hear the heartbeat
of the earth
Sometimes when asked "how are you?" We answer with a complaint not noticing the wonder that
surrounds us.
Sometimes we need someone to tell us what we've forgotten about ourselves.
You and
I are wonderful - filled with wonder.
Our heats beat in time with our Great Mother
We are in this
world but not of this world
We are beings of light and love
We are One with Earth
With Spirit
With each other
And so it is ...
