We are pleased
to invite you to participate in the
Emerald Spiral Expo.
What is a Vendor? Exhibitors, Vendors, Healers, and Readers,
everyone that has an approved booth. You may share a booth, for example 2
readers, exhibitor and 1 reader, etc. (2 vendors max per booth)
Date
and Time: March 24, 2012. Doors open to the public at 9:00 a.m. and
close at 5:00 p.m.
Location:
Registration: The attached Application form (with Release
& Indemnity Agreement) must be read, completed, signed and mailed to the
Emerald Spiral address shown on the Application form, along with your
registration fee. All applications are
subject to approval by Emerald Spiral. NO ONE CAN SET-UP UNTIL WE HAVE SIGNED
RELEASE.

Facility
Entrance: Please load and unload through the SW back side of the
building. Please DO NOT go through
the main lobby of the
Parking: After unloading, please move your vehicle to the
Booth Set-Up: You may begin setting up your booth on
Saturday, 03/24/12 starting at 6:30 am. Please
inspect your floor area before setting up. Please notify Emerald
Spiral immediately of any floor damage to your booth area.You must be in booth by 8:00AM or Booth will be released to
waiting list. Set-up must be completed by the time the doors open at
9:00am. We will do opening circle 8:30am
to 8:45pm.
Booth Tear
Down: The Expo doors close
Saturday at 5:00 p.m. Tear down begins at 5:00pm. No early tear downs are
allowed. Please ensure your floor area is cleaned up at
the end of the Expo. You will be
responsible to any damage to chairs, tables, and floor area in your booth. Booths must be
dismantled before 7:00 p.m. The building closes at 7:00 p.m.
General
Information: You
are expected to remain in your booth throughout the day, except for reasonable
breaks.
Lighting & power:
The room has adequate lighting. It is not necessary to bring extra lighting
but, you may if you desire. NOTE: All
booths (except 14, 24, 35, 46, 57, 68) have access to power. Bring your own extension cord and painters
tape to keep the cord in place and prevent anyone from tripping over the cord.
Table Space: Table space will
consist of two 6 ft. X 2 ft. 6 in. tables and 2 chairs. Due to the number of our participants, this
space restriction will be enforced. NOTE: Only
Safety: To ensure a safe
(fire regulations) and healthy (allergies, etc.) Expo for everyone, burning of
incense, candles, or other related items, is prohibited. No
Exceptions, we appreciate your full cooperation.
Door Prize and Volunteer Appreciation donations: We request and appreciate your donation of a
gift item or services to be used for our Expo hourly door prize drawings and to
reward our volunteers for all their hard work.
This is an exciting part of our Expo, and can help promote your
business. All donated services must be
valid for 6 months from the date of the
Expo (Good thru 09/21/2012). Please
be sure to attach a business card. You can deliver your door prize item to
Emerald Spiral Control Central (booths 3&4) or an Emerald Spiral
representative will come and collect your donation.
Cancellations: Cancellations must
be in writing. There is no refund once acceptance has been made. Booth spaces
belong to Emerald Spiral and CANNOT be resold by vendor. If you are not in your booth space by
8:00AM, that space will be released to those on the wait list. If you are delayed, please call the cell
phone #’s provided in the vendor email sent in the week prior to the Expo.

RELEASE &
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
I state that I
wish to participate in the Emerald Spiral Expo, March 24, 2012 offered by the
Emerald Spiral Cooperative.
In consideration for the right to participate in this Emerald Spiral event, I
hereby release Emerald Spiral and its representatives from any and all
liability claims and causes of actions arising out of or in any way connected
with my participation in the Emerald Spiral Expo. I personally assume all risks
in connection with this event and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Emerald Spiral and it’s representatives from all liability, claims and causes
of action which I may have arising from my participation in this event.
The terms of
this agreement will serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal
representative, and for all members of my family, including any minors. I further state that I am eighteen (18) years
of age or older and legally competent to sign this release that I understand
these terms are contractual and not a mere recital, and that I have signed this
document as my own free act.
I have fully
informed myself and understand the contents of this release and indemnity by
reading it before I signed it. I am
responsible for the contents of this application.
I understand
that I am responsible for any floor damage, or to chairs, or to tables in the
booth that I am occupying.
